Q. Do you have insurance?

A. Yes.We have liability;bonded and workmans comp.

Q. Have you had training in specific areas?

A. Yes.We are certified in several areas. See about us page.

Q. Do you travel outside of home town?

A. Yes. We charge for travel expense.

Q. Are you a francise?

A. No. Enviro Stat is owned  by Dan Johnson.

Q. Do you dry clean carpet?

A. We offer two types of carpet cleaning. A 10 step hot water extraction process and bonnet cleaning . Hot water extraction is dry usually within 6 hours. Bonnet cleaning is usually dry with in 1 hour.

Q. Do you do water damage?

A. Yes, We work with several insurance companies on water and fire damage.

Q. Can you clean ceramic tile and the grout?

A. Yes. We use a system designed for tile and grout. We normally only use an alkaline cleaner with specialized equipment to remove all debri. We can also seal tile and grout.

Q. Do you only do commercial?

A. No. We offer many services to residential as well as commercial.

Q. How long have you been in cleaning?

A. Owner , Dan Johnson has been in the cleaning industry for approximately 24 years .

Q. How often does a VCT -vynil tile floor need stripped and waxed.

A. On an average, once a year. It depends on traffic and maint. programs you have in place. If low traffic or good maintenance programs are in place we have had some that didn't need stripped for 4 years.

Q. How many coats of finish do you apply to a stripped floor?

A. We put 3 or 4 coats on depending on traffic flow expected.

Q  I have a new vct floor just installed , can you put a finish on it?

A. Yes. A new floor has a thin coat of finish on it from the factory. This coat must be stripped off before applying new finish. If not there is a chance that new finish may not adhere to the factory finish.

Q. Do you do windows?

A. Yes. We do commercial; residential; and resort window cleaning. We use commercial grade window cleaning solution. We can also wash screens if requested.
